  • Duplicate Charges: In the event that a single transaction results in multiple charges, you may apply for a refund of the duplicate amounts.

  • Unauthorized Use: If your Payverge account was compromised and used for unauthorized transactions, you can seek a refund for those amounts.


Requesting a Refund

To submit a refund request:

  • Contact our customer support team within 3 to 5 working days from the date of the transaction.

  • Provide necessary details including:

    • Transaction ID

    • Date and time of transaction

    • Transaction amount

    • Reason for the refund

    • Any relevant supporting documents

Refund Procedure

Once your refund request is received and verified, Payverge will process the refund as follows:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used, unless otherwise requested and approved.

  • For payments made through credit/debit cards, the refund usually reflects within 3 to 5 business days, subject to bank processing timelines.

  • For payments made through UPI, wallets, or other methods, refund timelines may vary depending on the third-party service providers’ policies.


Non-Refundable Transactions

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Transactions that were authorized and successfully completed by the user

  • Transactions that fall under special terms, agreements, or policies that explicitly state non-refundable terms
